About the Job:
We are looking for a Chef De Partie to run a section in our busy restaurant/pub in North Yorkshire, UK.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.
- You will be working alongside our head chef and the rest of the kitchen team. We only use fresh ingredients and everything is homemade on premises.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your section.
- Managing and training Commis chefs.
- Helping Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new menus and dishes.
- Ensuring that high standards of food hygiene are maintained.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- We offer a live-in position.
- We also offer a share of tips and staff discount.
Job Type: Full-time. 5 days work, 2 days off.
£ 25600 - £ 26000 per annum
